It's not in France but in Canada (maybe Quebec) (according to their website). And their bike are built in Andorra (a principality in France like the Vatican for example).

Location cafe scene is downtown Vernon, first riding clips look like Vernon 'Big Ed', then Kelowna, and finally Kamloops. Some sweet riding areas here in BC!
