this looks like it will be one of the best riding and most fun 29er on the market

Finally a 29er I'd be interested in trying! I really like the reduced DU bushing friction design as well. I hope you guys will be offering this for demo at crankworx this year! Cheers

OMG! he compressed the rear suspension. its been a while since i've seen frames being compressed for a while when they're advertising it (no sarcasm here). and they're so confident, they used a coil over rear shock on it. props to these guys!

actually he was just showing how the linkage works but whatever....

'they used a coil over rear shock on it'........a coil shock is still a 'rear shock'...lol

I agree mountguitars! I often wonder when someone is explaining about the bikes suspension or fork they never just cycle it for us to see, It really does make a huge difference in the presentation! As for the new Prime this is going to be an amazing bike man! RidEOn!

Keith is the designer so its his bike. He also rides. Not to mention he wants to put the prime throught the same prototyping the legend went trough so it will be changed according to the suggestions of MANY test riders. Not all of them pros. Its really the best way to get everything dialled and avoid screwups like the 2011 demo problems.

what is a 29er whats the difference??
  • 1 0
a 29er has 29 inch wheels, compared to the usual 26 inch.
  • 1 1
so, beings the wheel is a little bigger it should roll over gaps rocks smoother than a 26"er with out getting held up.
Thats why he explained in the video it will ride close to a 150mm travel 26" bike with just 130mm of travel.
AM FR!
RidEOn!
