Cowtown Showdown

On July 29th the Cowtown Showdown happened, this event entailed 5 photographers from Calgary - (Shayne Saskoley, Chris Pilling, Kurt De Freitas, Kyle McKinnon and Ryan Anderson) each teamed up with a set of riders and had less than 48 hrs to go out and shoot in and around the Calgary area and create a slideshow showcasing the trails and riders of Calgary. The event was a huge success and winners we're crowned.

In the end Kyle McKinnon took home the top prize of best slideshow and claimed the title of Cowtown Showdown Champ for 2012, but when it all comes down to it all that matters is we shed some light on the Calgary Mountain bike scene showing we've got a lot to offer in our city. Can't wait till next year...only gonna be bigger and better!
