Every last one of us has that trail that you know like nothing else, you can follow it in your mind every time you close your eyes! Every root, stone and rut is exactly where you remember it to be with every possible line methodically thought out. As we have come to call Whistler our home, the trails in the bike park have been what we see when we close our eyes. Yet some how, just one person comes along and shatters that reality, and opens up a whole new world of lines like the bike park has never seen before! You guys asked for it, so we did it again! Last year filming with the Karver may have been the best time any of us have ever had while filming! (not to mention the gnarliest and most enlightening...)
The man has been in the world class riding scene for longer then some of us have been riding, and it shows...in a big way. Control, accuracy, power, and experience all come together in a perfect storm of skill with the results of, World Cup wins, 4 time National champion, NORBA records, record for Mt. 7 Psychosis, World record for the largest World Cup winning margin and you probably wear his signature model shoe every time you ride...Enough said? Did I mention that after shattering an ankle and braking his tibia leading to 4.5 months with a metal cage around his leg, another 7 months off the bike and being told he will probably never race again he came back to place 5th in the 2005 World Championships...the word trooper comes to mind.
If you know A-line you know this line is RAD!
Who needs to scrub jumps when you can drift them...
Mitch and Dylan on the Peak of whistler shooting a ridiculous drift...
Now after another rad season of coaching, racing and generally shredding Whistler a new one, Chris is headed back to Australia for a few months to continue training as well as compete in the National race series. While down there Chris and Claire will be continuing with Kovarik Racing's coaching program, so all of you shredders on the other side of the world can benefit from the same world class coaching the riders here in Whistler receive!

That was wild and loved every bit of it including the song. Drifting the jump was absurd... has anyone really done that yet? He's been around for so long and still destroys it harder than most. God damn I wish there wasn't snow on the ground!
there needs to be more metal on vids these days
anyone know the name of the song?
Let the Kovarik joke contest begin.

Id hate to tail him down a dusty trail though (not that I could keep up)

Atreyu is quite lol-worthy if anything...
I feel like he and scrub-master Ian Morrisson should make an edit together. (Although they may not be able to ride together due to the dust they kick up)
I had enough of that crapy house/electric music in every video!
This type of music makes me want to go out and ride!
Is Chris the only man on earth to need something harder than a 60a? this was bullshit. those tyres would last half a run!
Vid start was so mtb, the whole thing was flawed but - I needed 20 moar mins at least!
