Matt DelormeHellion is Highland’s longest trail and arguably the most fun on the mountain. Clocking in at just over a mile long, it consist of berms, table tops, step ups, drops, rollers and more. The Battle of Hellion ran as a six cross race. Riders qualified individually and then the fastest qualifiers were put into brackets of six and battled it out head to head with the fastest 3 riders advancing. In the big final it was Phillip Kmetz who took the win for the men and Dawn Bourque for the women.
