When the rains came photographers and judges alike fled to cover. Paul Rak and Justin Olsen, not happy about the weather.

Justin Wyper is the honey badger of freeriders, he just doesn't care. Rain? I'll do back flips, while Martin Soderstrom throws down some style on the right.

Anybody have a rider list? Is this an FMB event? This is the first time I hear about it.

It seems every contest this year has been plagued by rain in areas which are usually dry this time of year. North Van summers usually aren't great but this summer is above average horrible. If anyone has seen the satellite pictures of greenlands snow melt this year you would know its a unusual year for weather. I'm grabben my bike and dog and headen for the hills the Mayans were right. Or just getting ready to publish a new calendar when everything whent wrong. Well obviously I should still be sleeping in on this Saturday morning because I'm producing quite the crazy banter on a slopestyle board. Meh I'll just go ride my bike and hang out in the woods alone.

Don't know what your talking about. It's rained only a few days this month? First two weeks of July were bluebird and warm.

hope it stays dry next weekend, because I am driving there all the way from Houston.

My advice....skip WP and ride Keystone when you come up. WP was fun this year so far, but Keystone has GOT IT. Just lettin' ya know...

I disagree. I prefer flowy trails with lots of jumps and wp is where it's at. Keystone is awesome and definitely worth making the trip, but I had way more fun at wp. But go to both if you can.

keystone is great, but as a coloradan, Keystone hasn't changed in 10 years, always the same, no development, nothing new, very little trail work.. I spend my money at WP because they are actively involved in getting better.. I do think Keystone has the best potential, they just aren't tapping into it..

1:40...trying a sneaky little copy of semenuk at highland

Just because somebody does a trick that has already been doesn't mean it's a copy... Dude, it's not like tricks are patented. Rolleyes Semenuk wasn't even the first to do a cork 720 anyways.

yeah i know...semenuk just performed his in a unique way (upside down most of the time) and that seemed a lot like what this guy did!!! and it was just an observation..not a criticism Big Grin
