Personally I like it better than the X-games course in Münich, it's not just about the huge features but it's got some feeling I can't put into words, and also not to forget about the landscape.
No, i just think most FMB courses are are DJ trails with not so big step downs and cannon logs. And the fact that that is classed as Slope Style is kinda sad.
I like the spirit on pilgrim's run. Just shows that weigher you're a pro or just a weekend warrior, at the end of an awesome run, we're still all stoked on our good moments.
Well... I wouldn't exactly call a hip road gap as textbook but yes, when a discipline becomes more popular, you will see a formula to what most riders consider as a "good" course. Double jumps, wallrides, flat drops, boner logs, step-ups to step-downs (salad bowl-type features) are all pretty standard. Although I would love to see the return of features like that step-up teeter totter to drop.
