Boner-log into whale-tail. There must be an innuendo in that.

Throw a tail whip off that and you got one happy whale.

...360 anyways... Smile

Personally I like it better than the X-games course in Münich, it's not just about the huge features but it's got some feeling I can't put into words, and also not to forget about the landscape.

Xgames course was a real slope style course. This is just a glorified Dirt Jump trail.

Crankworx Whistler is what i would call a real slopestyle course for sure. This one is super rad though!

 hoolydooly obviously likes pedalling uphills
  • 4 2
No, i just think most FMB courses are are DJ trails with not so big step downs and cannon logs. And the fact that that is classed as Slope Style is kinda sad.

have you seen the size of the course??

 That hip though.

I like the spirit on pilgrim's run. Just shows that weigher you're a pro or just a weekend warrior, at the end of an awesome run, we're still all stoked on our good moments.

Slopestyle courses getting bigger and bigger

Or this one has relatively stayed the same, haha.

Slopestyle courses (like this one) IMO are getting too textbook, what happened to all the creativity!?
  • 2 0
Well... I wouldn't exactly call a hip road gap as textbook but yes, when a discipline becomes more popular, you will see a formula to what most riders consider as a "good" course. Double jumps, wallrides, flat drops, boner logs, step-ups to step-downs (salad bowl-type features) are all pretty standard. Although I would love to see the return of features like that step-up teeter totter to drop.
