La Bresse: Headcam/Track Analysis with Lewis Buchanan

Aug 6, 2011
by Cut Media
The World Cup Downhill track at La Bresse this weekend is definitely a favorite with the riders. With fast open grass turns separated by rocky drops it brings back memories of the old school European courses of the late 90's.

Here Junior ripper Lewis Buchanan takes you down the track and talks over its challenges.

With the soft turns, there is some interesting decisions on what rubber to use and plenty of roost!

I think it's way steeper than it seems to be in the video! I don't think it's like early 90's DH, way to technical for that!

who else thinks pinkbike should do more of these? I find it super informative to see what lines pros choose, and love being able to identify what they did well and what they messed up in their runs... helps me with my own riding

Gee did it in 2:06mins during timed practise, so expect times to get under 2:00min in the finals!

This track analysis was so much better than the previous ones with the constant and unecessary camera viewpoint changes. Crystal clear and to the point.
