Flair Motion - 2012 Demo Reel: Flair Motion is an innovative production company and creative collective based in the heart of Silesia (Poland). Some of this work was shot for clients, some for my own personal projects.
Supercycles: Great song selection.
The Hunt: We spend a good amount of time as riders "Hunting" for new trails to ride. This video is about a device that every mountain biker would love to have and every trail builder would hate if it actually existed. And not to mention the consequences if it ever fell into the wrong hands, it would be devastating! So good thing it's just a block of wood! Haha.
Kamloops Summer Reel: I busted out my camera a few times this summer and recently had a shoulder injury, so I have spent a lot of time if front of the computer in the last week. Sorted all my files and made this edit from what I found.
Alec Reid: Alec Reid at his finest. Absolutely tearing his local tracks to pieces. Alec was one of the most fun people I have filmed so far and one of the fastest by far! The Lamas' Season Ender: Every year we put together a recap of our race season. We love racing, riding, and living the biker’s lifestyle so we try to convey our nostalgia through a short season ender video. The team is already ramping up for next year and we are pretty excited about it. Until then, here is a glimpse of our year.
2012: Mike Dekoning's season highlights.
Corona + Fruita: The riding shots are from Fruita, CO and the arch is Corona, west of Moab. The riders are Katie Klingsporn and Ben Knight. Song: The Sun by The Naked and Famous.
Kona's Christmas Story: We have this funny, hairy red-clothed guy hanging around in our office teepee. We hear these random noises all the time. Sometimes smoke coming out and some flashy lights going on. We've heard some rumors that he's leaving somewhere every night, that's pretty weird too. We have no idea what the guy is doing or where he's going.
Kye Forte - ''This is United'' Full Segment: The last gap in this is huge! There are not many people who could pull off opening a section in a video like this at a race track, but Kye Forte does with one of the fastest and smoothest 360's you have seen, you can't buy style, so just watch it.
The Balance of Powder: A ski and snowboard movie from the B.C. Rockies. Filmed at Island Lake Catskiing and Mica Heliskiing by Sherpas Cinema.
PETROL-FOOD-BEER: Around the World with Austin Vince - We had the pleasure of meeting up for a brew with motorcycle legends Austin and Gerald Vince to talk motorcycles, DIY adventures, and riding the world. Video: Fraser Byrne.
