Harcore is Beautiful: I love to go big and do what makes me happy. This is not pro riding, but an outlook and a way of life! Ride hard, ride free, and just do what you set your mind to.
Luke and Dan shredding the new Covert: Transition riders Luke McCombie and Daniel Melink hit some single track with their new Coverts in Wellington, New Zealand.
The Limit: Bellingham local Kelend Hawks takes his Transition Covert to the limit as he blurs the lines between all mountain and freeride, finding out just how far you can take it.
Mini Van Life #2: Peter Comstock, Reilly Horan and I, Jeremy Weiss, have been living in a van for the past two weeks. We have been traveling all over Colorado and California hittting up a lot of sweet places to ride our bikes. This week we arrived in California and did some filming and riding with the locals. Hope you enjoy. Edit: Jeremy Weiss.
AirDome Chilling with Liam Wallace: Liam Wallace and Andrew Santos make a trip to Whistler to hit up the AirDome. Additional footage: Kaz Yamamura. Special appearances by: Mitch Mcfee, Geoff Gulevich, Jordie Lunn, and Mark Matthews. Song: Smallpools - Dreaming.
Whitefish Bike Park - Kashmire and Freebird: Trail construction is way ahead of schedule and opening day June 15 brought lift-served access to new trails Kashmir and Freebird. Kashmir is 2/3 of the way completed with rideable sections near the Notch, and then from the top of Chair 2 down. Constructing Freebird flew by, and the most advanced new trail on the mountain is completely open!
Drew Bezanson vs. Joyride 150: We know we've already posted this once... but this is worth another watch.
The LOSt - Trailer: Andre Nutini and David Peacock are well known mountain bike filmmakers on Pinkbike but they're equally at home on skis. Their new movie looks amazing.
Even though it's the 4th or 5th time I watched the Bezanson edit I'm still sat here with my jaw resting on the space bar. I don't possess the words to explain how awesome he is.
After watching the Dugan video, mountain bikers could learn a lot from BMX riders as far as being creative, taking risks, and just going for it. These dudes are killing it without brakes, helmets, suspension or anything else. And I'm a mountain bike rider myself, not a bmx rider, but these guys are major inspiration for me.
Those guys are killing it but its a different kind of riding, if you think world cup DH or any of the many big mountain freeride events and riders lack skill or aren't taking risks you are delusional.
Not a big BMX fan, but that was amazing. Is Bezanson a top BMX rider? If not it would be scary to think what a top rider can do. Had to watch a couple of the moves over and over to see what he did. Hard to even imagine the moves let alone attempting to carry them out. Major props, will have to look for more of his edits.
Tommy Duggan should be cast as "Drew Jones", Crew Jones's younger brother in "RAD 2: Street BMX Bugaloo"... That chick can RIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could never hear the B52's again and it would be too soon though... That songs only "funny" or "cool" if you're not old enough to remember how bad and over-played it was when it came out.
Oh yeah and I wanna see the rest of that footage with the a*shole in the Jeep Cherokee too... Looks like he was about to get all kinds of torn up by 110lbs of angry white kid in tight pants... f*cker looks like he was gonna hit him with his car to prove a point abut him "riding into the street". What a douche...
