Five Days In: On the fifth day of our US road trip we rode Captain Ahab, Moab. Moab totally blew our minds, the riding out here is unreal and totally different to anything at home.

Stories From the Trailhead - Weekend Warriors: Christof Noller and Tom Malecha are busy guys, but living in the adventure destination of South Tyrol they still find time to blaze down sunny trails around their homes. Mountain biking in the Alps does not get much cooler or more beautiful than this. Watch as Christof and Tom take on the rocky singletrack trails of Monte Roen near Bozen, Italy.

Dylan Thompson - The Arena: This segment is awesome.

Watermark: Rent this on iTunes if you have a chance, it's fantastic.

James Stewart is the man. That is some of the most ridiculous riding you'll ever see. There was a rhythm section where he was quading while everyone else could barely triple. Insane.

Sooo glad he's back in form. He made that look like nothing.

Why can't all GoPro footage be as clean as the JS7 video?
  • 4 0
It all depends on how the user uploads it, people cut down the resolution, bit rate and frame rate to get it to upload quicker/easier.

I'd like to see that Watermark movie. The futures wars will be fought over water - not oil.

@neimbc I really enjoyed it. It's beautifully shot and tells a bunch of interesting stories too. Worth an iTunes rental for sure.

JP Maffret totally killing it with all those 180 spine combos!

Bubba Stew, perfectly illustrates the potential for carnage in SX & the focus you need to have to go fast around a track designed to prohibit you from doing so while maintaining control when going fast means relinquishing it with a bunch of other dudes that could pop up or cross in front of you at any time.

Passion............ Ladies, RUN RUN RUN IT'S THE GINGERBEARD MAN!!!!!!

I want to watch the full film Watermark but it costs 20 bucks! When does it hit Redbox?
  • 1 0
trust me don't waste your time, its honestly like an hour of flyovers of dams and they teach you nearly nothing there is maybe 10 mins of talking in the whole movie. it will show pristine landscapes for a bit then queue the ominous music and highly industrial images of the dams being built. My and 4 friends felt exactly the same about this movie after we watched it in theaters.

Maybe check out Dam nation ( i have not seen it yet) but it covers the topic more in depth from what i can tell.

Thanks for the review. That confirms it, I'm definitely not spending 20 bucks! I've seen trailers for DamNation. I'd like to see that one as well.

More tree hugger bullshit by the looks of it. Hydro electric power generation is one of the best & cleanest ways to do it & does zero damage to anything.

@bmar I would respectfully disagree with acdownhill. It's worth a rental if you enjoyed films like Manufactured Landscapes (same director as Watermark) or Chasing Ice (another great documentary). Watermark is beautifully shot and tells some really interesting stories. I can see how it may not be for everyone though.

All i will say is James Stewart! Legend!!
