that was so stupid when she got on the back of the bike if her leg would have gone into the back wheel

After they shot the video, she went out and rode a few laps on the supercross track in heels. Dianna knows how to ride a bike.

'I'm 88, I can it my piano years because there are 88 keys. Some black, some white, but all working together for harmony' One of the greatest things I've heard in a long time. Made me remember that life is rad, and shredding pow at 80+ is even more so.

 +1........to infinity
  • 2 0
Think about that for a minute. Shreding Pow at 80!! What a man.

Time for me to take up a new direction......I'm thinking perhaps golf?

My airtime skills are no where as good, my crosser skills are somewhat lacking compared to some, my climbing is nowhere to that level.....and my girlfriend well........you get my point hehe
  • 3 0
Hang on in there, you are not on your own.
  • 5 1
yeah but i bet your girlfriend has clothes that fit !!

When you try to make your video "epic" by making the intro take up 1/3 of your 3 minute video, it actually has the opposite effect, because I end up skipping ahead till I see riding. Save the ego edit for impressing your mom, and give us the riding.

"If you don't understand, then it's not my problem"....Alex Zanardi . An inspiration !
  • 4 1
Guys I'm trying to study for tomorrow's exam...Why you do this to me PinkBike? After i'm done watching all of this i'll have to go ride my bike before it's dark and I won't study. Damn you Pinkbike

3. Piano man I wish I ski like him when I'm 88. Sic vid.
4. Alex Zanardi I used to watch him race when he was in the cart series and was sad when he transitioned to F1. What an inspiration!

So Crusty Butt. If anyone else has been there that is reading this, you would understand that this vid shows only the best parts of the park, which is not much! Even the last few seconds of the TRAIL are shit. the Editing in this vid is super awesome. I don't want to sound like a hater but if youre in the crusty butt area, found the trails out of the park and prepare for a AM type ride. I wasted my time with 200mm of travel at crested butte. It's a great town ( I love it ) with a great local scene, park trails are super short and only a few spots are really fun! pm me if you have questions. ski season is better and I hate the snow!

is it wrong that at 1:07 in the dirt shark vid, I took a screen pic and have it set to my rotating desktop?

i have been way to critical of pinkbike lately. end of summer, winter is setting in so maybe that is it. but im not going to let this stop me now. the dirt bike video is completely at odds with MTB. we are constantly fighting to keep these things off our local trails. we put up sign, they go around, forcing us to put gatekeepers on the bottom and check them constantly to make sure they dont reroute around them or knock them down. im not sure that these are appropriate. also can we get some MTB that is on real trails and not these machined ones that are making a whole generation of bike park hero's? that is all.
  • 6 2
I dont like being nitpicky but i fully agree with you man. I used to deal with that shit all the time
  • 6 1
The cross over of mountain bikers that ride dirt bikes is strong. Your point makes no sense after watching the dirt shark video. It's too bad you have issues with motorcycles where you're at but it doesn't make your comment any more relevant to the videos for today.
  • 9 1
It would appear your only videos are of riding machine made whistler trails.
  • 4 3
thanks nick. was up on a trail today we had to put a gate keeper on. low and behold they started going around it on the other side. yes they are signed..

Rewob. you are rather mising a key component of critical thinking or you just have no clue what website your on (pinkbike is for mountain bikers)

Lucky... yes. it is pretty much the only time anyone ever remembers to turn on or even bring a go pro.We are usually to busy riding and drinking beer. i also have a season pass for silver star every year. whats your point?
  • 3 2
 A. This video was very enjoyable and I think most mountain bikers enjoy watching dirtbikers. They are people going big on 2 wheels, whats not to like?
B. It's not like this guy is riding MTB trails illegally so your comment doesn't really pertain to this video.
C. Mountain Bikers aren't environmental saints either. Don't act like you have never roosted a berm or like whistler is sooo much better for the environment than dirtbikers.
  • 3 1
Im not sure he was dissing dirt bikes as a whole. I love mx man, shit's fuckin awesome. But when you have a trail that you built for bikes only and you have some redneck that sits on top of the jumps and just roosts the entire center of the jump with the rear tire, yeah it pisses me off.
  • 5 0
The crossover is huge from mountain biking to dirtbiking and vice versa, as a dirtbiker/mountain biker I respect marked out trails but if they are not and dirt biking is allowed in the area then its fair game. However, there will always be idiots that think they are above all and go and mess shit up. That being said you will never beat stupid at his/her own game.
  • 2 2
Yeah down here in georgia we dont have bike parks but we have some badass powerlines wit atv trails that were nowhere near manicured. That made shit fun, but not when they rip up your own trails thats built with shovels. Rant over
  • 3 0
I'm not sure about where you live, but around here there used to be tons of trails open to motorized vehicles. Inevitable development has closed down, or limited the use of most of these trails. I was a die hard atv/dirtbike guy until I ran out of places to ride. Since then I have become a full convert to mountain biking. While I understand that engines can cause trails to get ruined, these machines are the reason that a lot of my mtb trails exist in the first place. While torn up trails frustrate me as much as anyone, I don't get too angry most of the time, because a lot of these guys just have no where else to ride. It's hard to just give up something you love, and sell the machines that have given you so much happiness. Maybe instead of just being angry all the time, try focusing the energy on preaching the wonders of pedal power. Luckily I had a few former mx guys tell me about mountain biking, and it opened my eyes to a whole other way to get in the woods and have fun. I am not writing this out of anger, just trying to share another point of view. I know it has been said before, but please don't blame us all for the bad actions of a small few.

Well said.

Dd. it is opposite here. we have a strong trail building community. we have lost a few trails here in the last couple of years to motto. this year we decided to stop the bleeding and put motto stops in. the problem is we have steep terrain and the mottos create these ruts right in the middle. we measured one on a steep shoot this year and it was 2 feet deep. once the snow melts it just gets worse and before long we are having to reroute the trail another thing that we do is we put tight switch backs in near the bottom (DB's like to go up not down) this works for a little while but we have gone in to find reroutes on our trails. we do not use the motto trails. it is a respect thing and we put it out there. i can list at least 2 trails that we have lost because mottos took them over. as a matter of fact we where looking for an old line yesterday that had been abandoned. it is now called cherry picker and the db not own it.

unfortunately we have had to get serious about keeping the mottos out. signs just dont seem to be enough. we have to do it from the time the trail is designs and be vigilant. the amount of erosion these things cause is unreal.

there is no hate here btw. dont interpret this as hate. but this is an MTB site and thus should stick to why we are all here. besides the fact i have apersonal issue with some of the personalities attracted to the sport recently a dirt bike is now almost cheaper than an MTB to get into. i would hate to loose riding buddies because a video on PB looked like fun... (joking a little)
  • 4 3
No lack of critical thinking here bud. You're the one that has made a pretty unremarkable video of a dirt bike riding a private motorcross track into an issue about your own personal trail. Feel sorry for anyone that mentions the word dirt bike around you. They will get an incoherent rambling reply about irrelevant issues.
