The Trail Ninja heads to the Black Sea region of Turkey to join a group of mountain bike guides on a mission to scout the area for suitable trails. And to make it a little harder on themselves, they go in scorching July. So if you've ever wondered how amazing guided trips come to be, then here is a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the first stage of discovering a new trail destination. It's a gamble. They could strike trail gold, or they could be eaten by a bear. Either way you'll have new-found respect for your mountain bike guide after watching this.

For decades, First Nations, conservationists and backcountry skiers have fought the proposed Jumbo Glacier Resort. What more will it take to keep Jumbo wild for good?

Not to mention it still holds up today easily. One of the better closing seggies in the NWD series. Here's to a full recovery!

Its cool to see the Moto guys being inspired by Mtb freeride, with the Utah looking segment, with drops and wallride gaps. Mtbing has taken a lot from other sports, its cool to see it giving back.

Moto guys have been sending huge natural hits for a long time. I'm not sure how much of that is actually influenced by freeriding.

If you saw moto 5 or 6 I'm not quite sure, there a segment where they ride what looks like virgin utah and they mention mtb and rampage several times. In moto 6, kris Kris foster rides kamloops area, I'm sorry but that has to be directly influenced by mtb.

i like how jed motivates that guy then gives him a hug, so cool... slightly jealous tough what the real pros do is far from our bed but then again not everyone has the same talent and they worked so hard to get where they are, so they deserve it; looks like i will go for the front flip next season

It's weird, I'm watching moto movies since crusty demons 1 and mtb movies since Kranked 1, and the progression of MTB is so much bigger ! It's insane, MTX big jump is like 80feet long, and so as MTB now! Insane!!
