For the last 2 years, the M9-FRO has been in development by the Intense engineering/design team and world cup racers. It features the World Cup, National and World Championship winning VPP suspension platform. The Legendary RockShox BoXXer is downright fast. Upgraded damper technologies and a re-valved design provides a smooth and consistent feel to the decadently light, adjustable and fully redesigned Solo Air spring. Through sponsoring and working closely with the best riders in the history of Motocross, MTB and BMX, Fox continues to research and develop race clothing that provides riders with maximum protection and performance.

I'm sure they just needed something for the publicity shot until his bike is built/arrives or whatever. They've just grabbed some Intense with Rock Shox suspension and said "Okay Nathan, stand in front of that." Don't read too much in to it. All will be revealed at the first race.

Look at the cranks, I doubt he's had to salvage old cranks from his old bike. This is just a press release and they've cobbled together some images that fit.

Then at the World champs last year in canberra he got FUCKED OVER! morewood just gave him a bike and left him for dead pretty much. he had to find his own way there, he had to do all the work on his bike, he had to pay his entry fee, and his suspension was screwed. Thank you Intense for picking him up! He just needs to spend a bit of time in the gym and get fit. GO NATHAN!!!!!!

Why was he gone again? My memory is playing me trick!
  • 1 0
All I remember is he was dropped (or they decided to part ways!) by Santa Cruz either in 2008 or 2009.

He was building a house (there is way more to it but it's none of our business)
  • 1 0
2009 was a bad year for him so he stopped that's it that's all. 2010 he has been building a house himself. He's back for the Australian National Race Series if you read it right. Wink

He was also fighting with some injuries that needed some healing time. Shoulder was one I think.

  • 1 0
nah, we need him as CEO of National Parks And Wild Life, so he can tell the other regional people to: "f*ck OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" (i would like to point out that they make me really f*cking angry!)
  • 1 0
Kindly go die in a hole - it's people like you that get us banned from national parks because they can't work with NPAW, they just want to tell them to fuck off.
  • 1 0
Im more than happy to work with them. if they knocked on my door and said come on lets go build an eco friendly DH track, id be right behind them. but if you have red through their plan with the state government, they want to take out all the illegal DH tracks and put just a few legal ones in. meaning that i would have to drive 3 hours or more to go for a downhill! and to add to that they have go the idea in their head that downhill riders will just change discipline over to AM or XC. (there will be many more legal AM and XC tracks)

I don't know about you, but i live to ride, it was what i was thinking about during my SC trials, it's what i do before school, it's what i do after school. and i hope to god that im wrong, but i see alot go DH riders being screwed over in the future. from what i have red, that's the way i see it anyway.
