thought redbull had a new media player for a second there, i got excited...then i realized it was just epictv one and i got sad

The epic tv one is a million times better than the redbull player though so I wasn't as sad as I am when I see the regular redbull player

I disagree. If your connection is slow, this player is unusable. I don't think it continues to buffer when you pause it. I stopped it to let it buffer, however, when I came back after five minutes, it played for 5 seconds before pausing again to buffer. If if rewind it, it starts buffering all over again from the beginning, pausing every five seconds. I give up! Pinkbike, please avoid using this player in the future if at all possible. Does not work for users who aren't running fiber.

Right, now I get it, it being Nine knights; A kind of Bearclaw invitational only with no competition and for media junkies rather than fans. I was confused for ages about it; I could not work out what it was trying to be. It did not have the crowds of Crankworx or Rampage and was set in the middle of the Italian alps with no actual competition "event". What was the point I thought. Right, got it now, it is a media playground with associated hangers on that very, very few people attend unless they are a) riding, b) building or c) filming / photographing it, with the aim of getting high quality shots/footage and exposure at a, well, event that is not actually an event. Thanks for sorting that out for me. I sit here having been educated.
