Interbike seems to be all about free this year. At Dirt Demo Fox was giving out free suspension setup to those with their products.
Bell was bbq'ing up some great chicken and ribs, free of course!
Brandon Semenuk's custom Trek, looking something special!
9 Zero 7 These guys are making big wheel bikes up in Alaska, kind of similar to the Surly's, just different.
Chris King was serving up great iced coffee all day, and a good dose of intelligent conversation as well.
The Street Strider. Elliptical exercise machines have been around for a while, and now they're super trendy in the bike world. Basically a stair climber with wheel, what do you think?
At Santa Cruz Bikes there was long line up of people waiting to try stuff. The tall boy was one of the popular ones...
Even Elvis made an appearance today, hanging out at the Yeti booth.
Last year Shimano had cold ice towels to give away as well, but this year the colors don't run. Probably one of the best things at the show when temperatures got near 100 degrees.
Kirt Voreis is a pretty darn good artist. Here he shows off some great design ideas he's had.
A single dose of Camelbak Elixir will fit in your wallet, excellent protection against dehydration
Sarai from Girl Bike Love showing off her CycloFemme tattoo. The CycloFemme motto is all about empowering women through riding...
I ran into World Champion Anneke Beerten with her skateboard, and Olympic gold medalist Kristen Armstrong, both at the SRAM booth today.
I didn't get a chance to talk to these guys and I'm not actually sure what their product was, but the van was sick!
A great assortment of bumper stickers in the parking lot. This car had some good ones...
Jeff Steber of Intense poses with a Pink Tracer 275

(Sep 19, 2012 at 5:10)
who really cares what voreis can draw LOOK AT THE BOOOOOBS mamma mamma
(Sep 19, 2012 at 8:24)
Great design ideas ?.... do ya think that passers by were drawn to that tent because of the ink ? Naaahh ! :o)
(Sep 22, 2012 at 10:11)
A good idea, put a hot chick in your booth and everyone buys your stuff.
(Sep 19, 2012 at 5:42)
right im gonna go a head and say it coz i know most of us were thinking the elixir thingy looks like a condom.
(Sep 19, 2012 at 9:03)
I think thats what PB thought too,"...will fit in your wallet, excellent protection... "
(Sep 19, 2012 at 4:34)
All this free stuff doesn't come free. Cyclists that rightfully complain about high product prices can look no further as to where their money goes.
(Sep 19, 2012 at 5:09)
Welcome to capitalism folks
(Sep 21, 2012 at 3:13)
You're just upset because you weren't there to partake of the freebies. Me too.
(Sep 19, 2012 at 4:40)
So in essence, this year's new products will be the same as the previous ones, but with the natural "OH MY GOD, FINALLY THEY DID IT IN 650b" hype... Even SDG will be doing a 650b-specific saddle...
(Sep 19, 2012 at 2:02)
I like the Supercross Banshee Legend.
(Sep 19, 2012 at 3:41)
Then you would probably like the Adrenaline Agent DH Banshee Legend too !
(Sep 19, 2012 at 4:00)
I'd love to see Keith's reaction when he saw his design completely ripped off!
(Sep 19, 2012 at 6:49)
They could have tried harder and at least look at legend picture instead describing it to an engineer in china over the phone. Seriously that's like a wallmart legend
(Sep 19, 2012 at 14:12)
still cant believe they did that
(Sep 23, 2012 at 17:34)
Sweet bro lets just take a picture of a Banshee Legend change the link and call it a Supercross what a shame..........
(Sep 19, 2012 at 7:26)
Anneke is an amazing rider who represents her sponsors well and also happens to be a very attractive woman.
(Sep 19, 2012 at 1:44)
hmm. nothing special
(Sep 19, 2012 at 1:51)
that's what I though too
(Sep 19, 2012 at 2:45)
now my comment above is not funny any more.
(Sep 19, 2012 at 8:21)
Except the Vermarc bus.
(Sep 19, 2012 at 9:05)
Someone spread the word that the hottest accessory a woman can have is a bike!
(Sep 19, 2012 at 3:30)
anyone else do a double take at what the camelbak elixir's were?
(Sep 19, 2012 at 8:21)
totally thought they were camelback condoms lol
(Sep 19, 2012 at 9:11)
i thought that too xDD
(Sep 20, 2012 at 17:19)
and here i was wondering how a condom was supposed to keep me hydrated all day
(Sep 21, 2012 at 3:15)
DBomberMan -- it's a water receptacle. Fill it up and take a drink. Ha!
(Sep 22, 2012 at 10:10)
Yeah for a second I was like, what?
(Sep 19, 2012 at 2:09)

(Sep 19, 2012 at 7:27)
I am going to hold out buying until they make the Street Strider in a 29'er
(Sep 19, 2012 at 3:17)
Tell me Kirt is tagging that.
(Sep 19, 2012 at 14:12)
hes married you goon
(Sep 19, 2012 at 2:23)
Is that a complete rip off of a Banshee Legend or is it a Banshee Legend slightly refined?
(Sep 19, 2012 at 3:47)
complete rip off...
(Sep 19, 2012 at 3:57)
Haha, negative props for asking questions on pinkbike. I thought it was, but since I don't know what a Legend looks like exactly off the top of my and there was no caption I asked the question. Pretty shit ripping off bikes, why bother. Surely it's more fun to create your own frame design.
(Sep 19, 2012 at 5:37)
thy trolls are strong with u
(Sep 19, 2012 at 7:40)
I own a legend, and that looks like someone tried to copy it. It's a crappy copy though.
(Sep 21, 2012 at 12:42)
haha i hope i see someone on a street strider on a trail so a can LMFAO...Semenuk's zebra paint Treks pretty raw
(Sep 20, 2012 at 10:40)
SO IS BRANDON'S BIKE EVER GOING TO BE AVAILIABLE TO BUY OR WHAT!!!
(Sep 19, 2012 at 8:30)
Chris Kings cell phone has hinges on it. Poor thing
(Sep 20, 2012 at 5:59)
what happened to the straitline hydraulic brake gyro on semenuks bike?
(Sep 19, 2012 at 5:46)
Having a camelbak elixir in my wallet will do nothing to prevent dehydration. But having some water might.
(Sep 19, 2012 at 2:39)
Loving the van.
(Sep 19, 2012 at 2:38)
...and we wonder why "birds" don't want to follow MTBing as much?????
(Sep 19, 2012 at 6:11)
did semenuck ask for the zebra paint job?
(Sep 19, 2012 at 10:18)
to go along with his bear fur hardtail
(Sep 21, 2012 at 19:59)
From the photos, I had always assumed that these bikes were wrapped; but they're not. In person, you can see that they're painted. Pretty amazing.
(Sep 19, 2012 at 3:34)
At first glance i though Camelback were handing out free jonnys
(Sep 19, 2012 at 6:14)
Dayum!! Semenuk's Trek = WANT!
(Sep 19, 2012 at 8:25)

Below threshold threads are hidden
(Sep 19, 2012 at 2:46)
....and what's the point behind this report? elvis ist still alive, tricycles looks gay and the blond chick got great boops. thank you pinkpike for wasting my time. show some important stuff and real news from the interbike. out!
(Sep 19, 2012 at 4:17)
The point is to give you an idea of what the demo day is like for those who can't be there. There are new product articles too. I like that Pinkbike has decided to mix up the coverage.
(Sep 22, 2012 at 10:09)
Dude you really need to think. The entire point behind Interbike is to take mountain biking to Vegas for a week and for everyone to show their super awesome new stuff. Just stop being negative. Although I agree about the girl.
