Picture of the Month is an article showcasing the best Pictures of the Day from the month before. We take the most viewed photos from the previous month, and pick our favorites out of the top 10.

This was an interesting month for photos, we had a lot of POD's that got a considerable number of views, but they were uploaded earlier in the year so they didn't qualify for this months POM. This months most viewed photo is a great shot by flipside, it doesn't have amazing light, but it's a fresh angle of a super sick trick and the views reflect that. Laurence-CE raked it in this month taking up two spots in the top five. His number two shot was our favorite Christmas image this year, no amazing action, but a lot of work went into the shot and it looks great!

A shot from a shoot I had with Joe on Snowdon for North Wales Mountain Bike Trails guidebook. Turned out to be a really good day considering the sidewards hail icy trails and 3 inches of snow at the top. Keep an eye out for the book soon - Laurence CE - www.laurence-ce.com

  Honorable Mentions include:

"Max Schumann" by Big-Col. This is our first runner up with 21314 views. It would have stayed in the top 5 if it had been slightly larger and fit the format.

"Seb Kemp in Jamaica" by Ian Hylands is another shot with a bunch of views at 21805.

Was there any more thought into having the pictures start with the highest number and count down? Would be a lot better IMO

I dont know why, but I'm not a big fan of any of those pictures. they're all good, and they're great photos, but they just don't appeal for me for some reason. Blank Stare

#5! Love woods shots. It's hard to get good natural lit shots in the woods. Great photo.

3 and 4 are epic...in 4 you can see the cuuuuurrrrrrrvature of the earth....
  • 13 3
That's not the curvature of the earth buddy. Curves around way too quickly. I think it's more the angle of the camera or the way it's been edited. Still an amazing picture though
