I love that CG always "wins" practice while most riders hold back. Prob won't be anywhere near the top in finals, but awesome nonetheless

  • 1 0
she's pulled out, check the Dirt website
  • 2 5
I agree! She's not on the start list for qualifying??! Maybe she reallllllly doesn't like this course (has she ever competed in SA?). Come on Tracey Hannah!!!!!

Think you guys should read the Dirt article again. Its a sensible decision to step out of JUST this round in order to make sure she is all good for round 2 and the rest of the season.

racheal is taking a season off to let all of her injerys heal
  • 1 0
Urm no. Afraid you would be wrong there!
  • 2 0
Yup, totally agree. Smart decision for her to sit out this one if it means she will be healthy to compete in the rest of the WC. I just love the fact that women's racing is getting more media attention and all of these girls are fantastic riders!
  • 1 0

  • 1 0
 Why not?
  • 1 0
I think being clipped in and having a carbon bike holds an advantage in its own as well for being such a pedaly course
  • 3 3
I have my money on Gwinn!
  • 1 2
 fingers crossed!!!
  • 1 1
wtf.. did Gwin crash ? he didn't have a finishing time/
  • 2 3
i want Gee to take the win
  • 1 4
Neethling coming in second running a Reverb, whats the betting that he'll get rid of that by Sunday?
  • 7 0
Seriously? I'm pretty sure most are using droppers. (CG is definitely...) Mick Hannah said he thought that without a dropper you'll be 8-10 seconds slower...
  • 10 0
I'm going to bet that all top riders are running dropper posts on Sunday. ..
  • 1 0
Ian any thoughts what the Fox riders are likely to be using (if any) dropper wise? For example Gee or Gwin?
  • 1 0
GT Beaumont racing and The Santa Cruz Syndicate are using the Fox dropper post, I guess most of the others inc. Trek will be too.
  • 1 0
Of course! Sorry totally forgot about the Fox dropper. Cheers dingus.
  • 1 0
 perfect course for a 29er...
