www.rip.tv is now 2 months old and the birthday celebrations have to stop. The neighbors are getting mad, the birthday gifts we've been re-gifting all month are drying up, and we have to get back to work...
We re-gifted thousands of dollars worth of our launch celebration Birthday gifts to RipUsers from DT Swiss wheels, Adidas Eyewear, and Mace Clothing over the past month and now it's time to announce the recipient of the Main Event.

The 2007 Santa Cruz Jackal!!

First www.rip.tv would like to thanks all of you that got involved with our launch celebration and you can be assured that March programming will not slow down!

Here's what's coming up:

-Drop In New Zealand will finish up with the last two episodes of the season before Drop In season 3 starts up.

-The Collective brings you "The Making Of Roam" - PART 2- a mini series on the behind - the - scenes creation of their newest release ROAM.

-Crankworx 2006 Crank it up! At The 2006 Kokanee Crankworks Event!

RipTV has been busy creating some sweet shows featuring the Stund Productions crew, Ryan Leech, Ryan Descenzo, Andrew Neethling, Super T & Dangerous Dan Cowan, and more...

Now what lucky RipUser wins this Sick Bike????

RipUser "Blatzwarrior"

Matty Hockers from Michigan is the lucky new owner of the Jackal from Santa Cruz Congratulations "Blatzwarrior"

www.rip.tv thanks the sponsors of this event: Santa Cruz Bicycles, Troy Lee Designs, Mace Clothing, Adidas Eyewear, Drop In TV, and DT Swiss Wheels.

Matt's Reaction:

"This is pretty much the kewlist thing that has happened to me in a long while. I wish i had a video camera so i could see when i got this email and all the disbelief that went along with it. I definitely track down a camera for when it gets here and you can see me freak out like a middle school girl."

"I've been riding for pretty much ever, but all cross country stuff, then i moved to Marquette, Michigan for school and got into freeride a bit and this aquisition will definitely peak my interest in freeriding. We even finally got our local ski hill (marquette mountain) to run the chair lifts in the summer for freeriders. Marquette Mountain was also featured in Bike Mag a couple years back for Monster Park, so this town is definitely an up and coming mountain bike town and most importantly a freeride town. I pretty much only came up here for school just to ride my bike. and this will definitely help that cause, and cause me to miss even more class. Thank goodness for the 8 year undergrad plan."

"Thank you so much, like i said this pretty much kicks ass in every way shape and form."

Congrats man, if any one deserves a new ride it's a broke college student that lives to ride his bike. I was there once my self so I can appreciate how excited you are. I'm sure glad it didn't go to a rich yuppie or a fool that thinks $400 is a lot to spend on a bike! Later.
