This summer the legendary Sun Peaks Bike Park will be home to a fleet of Rocky Mountain Bicycles.

Both Sun Peaks Resort and Rocky Mountain Bicycles are excited to team up as partners in the Sun Peaks bike park. It makes perfect sense as the two brands share a commitment to quality and innovation.Hit the road this summer to one of BC’s best riding destinations. With 2,000 vertical feet of lift accessed terrain and 26 separate trails, this bike park is not your average stop. Featuring a great selection of machine constructed trails, world class downhill courses, classic freeride trails and flowing single track, the park is a great challenge for all ability levels.

At Rocky Mountain Bicycles we say “love the ride”, how fitting that at Sun Peaks they say “ride it like you own it”. This is a match made in heaven.

“We are proud to see our bikes offered for rental at such a well respected, customer focused resort. Our bikes were designed and built for the type of terrain that Sun Peaks offers. I believe that the lift accessed cycling that Sun Peaks guests will experience will only be enhanced by our bikes” said western sales manager Edward Wright.

The Sun Peaks Bike Park is set to open Saturday June 23rd, 2007. The first day is a toonie day, come ride the park and help support some great local charities.

Complete your day and park it in the village by checking out the great patios and après scene. With a selection of ride and stay packages, you have every reason to roll up to Sun Peaks this summer.”

Rocky Mountains Legendary Free-Ride Team will be seen frequenting Sun Peak this summer and enjoying the awesome terrain, see you at the Bike Park.
