Last call for Stoneham Biker X this Saturday

Next Saturday, the Stoneham Mountain resort will hold the BIKER-X event, a thrilling 4x cross downhill bike race on snow which takes place at night!Biking at night

The event, part of the Powerade DX TOUR, was in the past presented during the day. This year, organizers decided to push back the schedule and have the race begin at 7pm. Once the sun goes down, the firm base of the trails get even harder. Riders rip the trail that much quicker and make the race that much sicker. No need to say competitors and fans alike are extremely pleased!

Second chance?

For those who missed out on the first event in Mont-Sainte-Anne, it is still time to take part in the Biker-X at the Stoneham Mountain Resort, on February 24th 2007. The crowd will have plenty to see and hear: know that a MC and DJ are scheduled to be there. Note to riders: registration costs 30$, spiked tires are forbidden and all riders must wear helmets.

Registration: 5:30pm to 6:30pm in the cafeteria

Race: 7pm to 8:30pm

Judges deliberation and podiums: 9pm
