i don't think that kid realises exactly how good that prize is.
(Sep 25, 2011 at 4:55)
yea, im sooo jealous of him aswell
(Sep 25, 2011 at 12:04)
He DEFINITELY seems indifferent to it...I'd be needing a change of pants after winning that!
(Sep 25, 2011 at 13:33)
who cares wether he knows how good the prize is - he's a kid just havin a good time without pissing his pants over a new ride.[ it's just a bike - it's not like he just won the nobel peace prize for curing cancer ] and, he may be more stoked than you realize but just isn't all caught up in the hoopla...
(Sep 25, 2011 at 21:33)
are you saying you would piss your pants if you cured cancer?
(Sep 26, 2011 at 6:40)
...I meant the bike. I wouldn't give a rat's arse about a bike if I could cure cancer or at least beat it and live a normal life again (assuming one has cancer to start with)! (my bad, I thought you mean the bike dude).
***Edit: My bad rhys-the-rider: thought you were replying to my comment . :S

i was eating lunch during the kids races, the 2-3year olds were awesome!
(Sep 25, 2011 at 2:02)
How funny would be too see that kid ride the santa cruz?
(Sep 25, 2011 at 6:29)
Wish I'd been riding that young
(Sep 25, 2011 at 10:19)
Looked like a super fun event, and what a great way to get kids involved (not to mention incredible support for sponsors eh?!). Groms in pajamas!

Was it just me noticing it or has tara got some movement happening in her left leg while she's sitting there narrating ? I haven't kept up with her rehab blogs/journals in a couple years so I dunno what the state of that was, not since her plan to do the ironman in 2009.
(Sep 26, 2011 at 2:25)
Support getting Tara back on dirt. We are raising money to get Tara her own off road handcycle so she can get back out on the trails where she belongs. Every dollar counts, no donation is too small!

So great to see Tara, she is a great example.
(Sep 25, 2011 at 20:09)
You go Tara.Pure inspiration.100% respect all the time.

When I saw the comments about the prize before watching the video, I did not expect to see a Santa Cruz in the raffle!
(Sep 25, 2011 at 21:25)
So bummed I couldn't make it. So glad this event is getting bigger and more distinguished every year.
(Sep 25, 2011 at 7:37)
