Jordie Lunn won this event last year. This year he played it smart and took it easy on all but one of his runs...trying to blast out another corked double but unfortunately he just couldn t stick the landing. So close.

Neg prop me but I thought it was a but boring as people like semenuk, jones and soderstrom weren't really competing to win, there were some sick tricks but I was expecting to see a bit more, fair play to mike Montgomery that was sick
  • 10 1
 Semenuk wasn't even, was he?
  • 5 2
Yeh he was there at the start i think, I think they didn't really bother as they didn't want to injure themselves for joyride
  • 3 4
Nope no semenuk bud watched it in person and it was kill you don't know shit
  • 7 1
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a cash rolls motion supposed to be a 180, a backflip, then another 180? Not a frontflip?
  • 2 2
dude you have no idea what you are talking about....I do cashrolls all the time and they in no way involve a frontflip. don't think because you have seen one done in person means you know how to do it....stop trying to be the big man on pinkbike....you aren't proving anything
  • 2 2
@samajhay1 Its not about the competing though its about being rad and keeping it real. Semenuk's serious, Soderstrom isn't
  • 2 0
@azonicjake i don't get your opinion, could ya explain?
  • 2 2
@crazy-high-21 I mean its not always about being the best infront of your sponsors and winning a contest. Practice is about being an absolute ass on the bike. It's about showing off and doing cool/funny tricks like barshag. Soderstrom is a great example of this, as he is not dead serious. Riders like Semenuk (no offense to him) are so serious when really its about having a lal' bit of fun.

Thanks @azonicjake! Understand what you mean, man I can even agree ya..
Anyway I think semenuk is better and hopefully wins

Awesome shots, but I was really hoping to see a sequence shot of Montgomery's back flip to bar hop to tailwhip.

It always sucks that we don't get to see soderstrom and semenuk put out big tricks because of joyride
  • 5 3
Yep, really annoys me, why don't they put joyride first ? And then then soderstrom, semenuk etc will try in both
  • 9 0
Or just wait for joyride and everyone will be throwing bangers.
  • 2 0
 Looking forward to it
  • 2 0
 But soderstrom WAS in this.
  • 4 0
 Mike Montgomery that was nuts!!!
