No one's faster in slow motion than Brendog! Can't wait to see him in Rampage! Go Brendog!
  • + 7
for everyone else it slow motion, for Brendog its just slower-motion
  • + 7
You misspelled drinking beer while smoking weed.
  • + 69
massive wheel wobble at 5.01 he's giving it some!!!
  • + 25
The slow mo really shows how much he abuses that bike
  • + 6
It also shows how ridiculously styley he is (is styley even a word?)
  • + 4
Dont matter, cause hes got it. haha, stylish! ? Na urs betta ha better.
  • + 4
Even though he isn't getting the results at the moment, whoever is paying his wages please keep doing so because he's a total boss player. Coolest rider ever!
  • + 39
I think Fairclough needs a 20mm bolt-thru rear axle, he's rattling that thing to death!
  • + 25
so much steez its almost unbearable
  • + 16
Fcuking love how Brendan rides, no doubt about it, one of the coolest 'dogs' there is!
  • + 2
I was trying to think of riders that you can recognize instantly by how they ride. I came up with Tyler Klassen, Peaty, Steve Romaniuk and Brendan. Oh yah, add CG for sure.
  • + 6
 Don't forget AGASSIZ!!!
  • + 6
Don't forget sam hill, foot out flat out!!!
  • + 4
 Blenky loose as a goose!!
  • + 3
 Let's not forget Sik Mick!!

 Gwin for sure
  • + 0
Why am I getting neg props? Gwin does have his own style, watch The tipping point, watch three minute gaps, he has his own style that I could pick out anywhere, as do most pro level riders
  • + 2
I agree turbo. In the 2 seasons previous to this last one Gwin was definitely on a planet of his own.
  • + 1
I do feel for gwin a bit tho, he's had a crap season this year, still fast as fcuk by any means but not like he was the year before, he was on another level entirely. Do we think it's the bike? Has he not been training?
  • + 1
maybe a little of everything, I've heard someone else say this and I agree but when your doing as good as he was doing, you don't go changing stuff up. I think next year might be a different story but that's just my guess.
  • + 1
Yeh I think theres more to the whole move from trek to specialized, god knows what tho, he seemed happy enough in every interview I saw, but I guess we will never know the full story. We deffo haven't seen the last of him on the podium that's for sure!
  • + 1
I think a big factor is that Gwin's dominance of the past really made the other guys step up their game. Switching bikes is sort of the wildcard that messes with the theory though. Had he stayed on Trek and still not won any races this year, we would know that Stevie, Mik, Gee and everyone else had trained their asses off in order to not get beaten by Aaron every race. With the bike switch, it's a bit more murky. A couple years ago, alot of people were complaining that Gwin won everything but I think Gwin is to be thanked for the off-the-charts amazing race season we just watched. You had fierce competition right down to the wire because everyone had prepared for the season in a big way and, in the case of Stevie and Gee, the margins between them proved to be very slim. Next year is going to be amazing.
  • + 1
Yeh that's very true, I bet that if you were to do a bit of research and compare the run times from the tracks that were raced both this year and last, You would probably find that this years times were as fast if not faster than Aaron's winning times last year, which would obviously prove that the rest of the guys really stepped up the game for this year. I know some of the tracks changed slightly tho so that would make the comparison abit more difficult. But yes next year will Definatly be an interesting one!
  • + 9
hoooowwly tits thats fast!!! the amount of beating that gambler bares is insane...
  • + 7
one of the best riding style, anyone know if there is a video of brendog and Agassiz together? if not, it has to happen
  • + 2
THAT I would like to see. Toss in Vanderham and Romo. Send them all around the world just doing what they do best. On a scale of 1 to 10, the style points would be a 20.
  • + 5
My god that was amazing !! Yes Brendog I for one cant wait till you win a world cup . many doubt you, I know its in you, smash dude.
  • + 6
His edits are always so serious. Why so Serious?
  • + 7
Serious? He was sat dancing in a chair at one point, I don't see a problem here.
  • + 6
The pepper spray incident sounds like a good one.
  • + 6
bruce dickinson says we need more fairclough! Yes thee bruce dickinson
  • + 5
 I hope he never retires
  • + 4
 He's like 25!
  • + 4
holy cow i thought he was going to hit sven martin's camera at 2:27
  • + 4
yeah, looked like he was going to bash the flash right off of it!
  • + 3
 PW Transceiver not a flash.
  • + 7
ahh.. thanks! not sure how to make it rhyme though now.. dang it.
  • + 6
My life is complete now that i know the difference between a flash and pw transceiver.
  • + 4
Who wore the purple pajamas of steez first, Brendan or Eliot?
  • + 2
I slowly beginn to understand the difference between a rider like him and most of us.. great video!
  • + 1
Always stood by this guy!! The fact the bike can take the beating he gives it is massive advertising to!! Keep up the sick riding brendog!
  • + 1
It's a great place you can snowboard in the morning and bike in the afternoon and the drive up from the south of france is amazing
  • + 3
Never mind results... any bike under Brendog looks amazing!...
  • - 2
Yet another video with atmospheric intro music completely ruined by pointless talking. Show the incredible riding, stop the talking. If you're going to have talking sections do it first, then just get on with the riding, which to me should basically work as a music video. Just my opinion.
  • + 4
Oh, and Brendog is probably the most fun rider to watch on the planet.
  • + 1
its funny how much the rear wheel wobbles! It need feels like it does that! haha
  • - 2
Brenden clearly shows how much we all really on our frames the privets and tubing shape and most common welds. The fact that the frame didn't snap under pressure shows that it's the right metal. Although if the chain stay was wider at the frame pivot the frames rear end would have a stronger triangle

Although if the chain stay was wider at the frame pivot the frames rear end would have a stronger triangle. Thus less movement. Ps sent from fu(kn I phone that likes to correct my sh!ty spelling
  • + 0
Ask Mikey Haderer he has done tests to see the top tube flex on burms
  • + 3
@alecD Wow man you should probably be a mechanical engineer, or maybe a physicist. All joking aside..it really isn't just that simple. You have to take into consideration the clearance for the pedals, the chainring, chain guide, and shock (for width of tubing on rear triangle). And the right metal?..I don't know what frame you ride but I have yet to see any downhill frame made from any other metal than aluminum. Maybe an occasional steel or magnesium peice but not whole frames. And we also must keep in mind that Brendan is amongst the best riders in the world, so that slow-mo shot of his frame flexing is not a good representation of your average rider's capabilities. Most semi-modern DH bikes are plenty stiff, and capable of whatever me and you can both throw at them.
  • + 1
At one point in the vid you can see his rear tire wobbling side to side from extreme side loading. This is not a bad thing. It clearly shows how much abuse a frame can take and still hold up for the next ride. Also shows why I can only get a few years out of any frame before cracks start to show.

Anyone noticed how he lands rear wheel first every single time? this is a big energetic expenditure, race wise speaking.

  • - 1
smashing berms = good way to go slow.
  • + 1
In real life, like in races its done all the time.(sarcasm) I used to like the dust explosion shots.
How about just one per video so the the average rider does not do the same stupid thing.
