Copa Chile 2013 #3: Angol from Omar Salas on Vimeo.
Angol is far away from my home, after more than 600kms we arrived at our destination.
Many riders from the country came to Angol for the 3rd round with many expectations
"Las Asequias" course was easy to get the top and the riders find a 5 minutes and more natural circuit
We usually don't ride long trails and many riders can make only few downhills before stop in the middle of the circuit
Another good point is the forest, most of the races are in the center of Chile, it always dry and dusty. We appreciate the green for images this time
A nice place to take rest after a long walk
Native forest
So, Saturday practice start without problems, it was a long walk to get the finish line
Vicente Vila
Many riders had to improvise, the circuit change on every run. Sebastian Ramirez almost losing the control
The day finish with some crashed riders, good luck for the next time
Jorge Acuna
Sunday morning, start the qualifying. one to one, the riders decrease their times
The weather changed on every second. The weather forecast said it would be a sunny day. Rain clouds threatening
