Middle finger braking... longest finger on the hands and that's important if you have small hands. It also is located closer to the end of the brake lever on many models and offers more leverage. I also find it more controlled to use my middle finger on technical rocky descents while gripping the bar with the index finger. I think the bigger question is, why no gloves?

BOOMSHAKALAKA!!! These videos are pure stokage. Middle finger braking sounds hard for some reason, especially with those shorter shimano levers.
