I notice as I get a little older I have to work more and ride my bike less, all my friends are getting married and having kids, crashes hurt a lot more and my muscles ache the next day, and most of all I am just not willing to sleep in my car anymore.
Back in my keener mountain bike days I would camp in parking lot C at Whistler to get a day in at the park, or tent it at the bottom of Mount 7 to shuttle the next day. These days I seem to be going soft and want more luxury when I get out of my work week and leave town for a bike trip. However I am not a millionaire, just a lady who likes a clean hotel, a high speed quad to take me to the top of the mountain all day and a sunny patio to indulge in a cool beer afterwards. Welcome to Sun Peaks
resort from my new grown up point of view.
