Maxxis Aspen tire review Maxxis Aspen tire review
I enjoy riding fast, rolling singletrack but have no problem dialing up the tech on the steep and rooty stuff that is really common in this area. To that end, I'm always on the lookout for a fast-rolling tire that can hold its line through varying terrain. The Maxxis Aspen falls into this category and I've been running the tire for the past few months to see if it can live on the edge as a summer and fall tire.

In early 2010, Race Face introduced its SIXC handlebar and crankset to the mountain biking world and this new family of carbon components was meant for demanding use on longer travel, all-mountain bikes.

Since I installed the cranks on my bike a few months ago, I’ve been putting them through the wringer and, despite a few criticisms, I am duly impressed by the overall quality and performance of the set, which I feel ranks among the best on the market.

Six Six One Evo Lite Knees - Reviewed Six Six One Evo Lite Knees - Reviewed
Should I wear my armor or not? I'm not riding a tough trail, what could POSSIBLY go wrong?

How often have you asked yourself this question when going out on an XC ride, or a more technical ride. You know you should put some armor on, but it's heavy, it's bulky, it's hot and inconvenient. Six Six one has come out with their Evo XC Lite Knee which is a soft neoprene and lycra pad with the d30™ polymer that can be velcroed on without taking off your shoes.

UCI World Championships Mont Saint Anne - Friday D UCI World Championships Mont Saint Anne - Friday DH Practice
It rained heavily overnight, and the track was slick in some areas this morning, but tacky over 90% of it. Many riders simply took the day off to rest after timed runs yesterday, while others put down a couple of runs in the early morning conditions as rain is predicted throughout Saturday and possibly into Sunday morning. Early morning fog kept things interesting, with only about 30 feet visibility in some areas, and much less in others as the clouds blew in and out.

Check out the morning in photos inside.

Coastal Crew Ep.10-Time For a Change Coastal Crew Ep.10-Time For a Change
We, The Coastal Crew have decided to focus our efforts in a similar but different direction, hence the title. Expect a periodic supplement of the web persuasion to hit this vast worldwide connector from time to time, but nothing to the extent of this seasons. We have appreciated all the positive props and support, but a collective decision has been made to put a stopper in this fine web-video bottle and shift our creative direction towards ...
