Åre is located in the central part of Sweden, and it has one of the Scandinavia´s largest bike park. Bike park has more than 30 trails spanning over 50km of track. There are tracks for the beginner to the extreme rider. This is a must visit place to come and check out if you do any form of mountain biking.
Åre bike festival includes, guided trail rides, different clinics, camps and competitions. Clinics helps you progress as a rider. There is different kind of clinics: cross country, all mountain, dirt/street, Freeride and downhill.
Competitions included DH-sprint, Whip it good!, Kids DH, Chainless and Enduro.
Wednesday afternoon was DH sprint competition.

Thursday there were DH race clinics, girls DH clinic, XC-clinic and pump/dirt/streetclinic. This is one of the chances to get some coaching from some of the worlds top Downhill riders. Brothers Niklas and Robin Wallner ran the Guy's clinic.

Friday was enduro training and chainless competition. The chainless competition ran down Flinbanan trail the riders had to work hard to keep the pace up and pump where they could to keep speed up.
