1)We are looking for an area that is approximately 2 acres in size.
2)We would like access to water (preferably tap versus creek/pond), water is
the secret to great dirt jumps...
3)We would prefer areas not directly adjacent to houses so that noise levels
do not become an issue.
4)Easy biking distance to a city transit stop.
6) A Gentle slope is preferable as it saves from having to pedal hard into
jumps built on flat land( or having to build a large run-in).
5)City property is preferred over private property as then we won't have to
deal with a landowner as well.
6) Wind shelter (trees, buildings, fences, etc...) is definately a
consideratioon as it's usually pretty windy around here in the spring time.
We'd also like to note that there have been some requests for an indoor park, at
this time the costs involved in something like that would make it a little too
much to ask for. Let's prove to the city that a dirt jump park is a good idea
before we start asking for everything on our wish list. Send responses to info@cmbalink.com.
Thanks for the response and keep them coming!
