Mountain Lion Attacks Mountain Biker In Southern California

Yesterday a two-year-old Mountain Lion was shot and killed after two mountain bikers were attacked in the Orange County hills. There is still no evidence that this was indeed the wild cat responsible for the attacks.First victim 35 year old Mark Jeffrey Reynolds, who according to autopsy was mauled to death. Second was 30 year old Anne Hjelle, who was attacked when mountain biking in the area with her friend Debbie Nichols. Fortunately they were saved by other fellow bikers who happened to be near by and heard the screams. Hjelle was taken to Mission Hospital, where her condition is reported to be serious.
