A weekend to celebrate mountain biking!!!

Long time Kamloops bike shop, Full Boar Bikes, is hosting the annual, Full Boar Challenge!! This fall classic is run on Greenstone Mountain on October 15 & 16th/05. The weekend consists of cross country on Saturday as well as shuttling for pre running the down-hill course.
Saturday night will showcase 'Big D's (Derek Westerland) latest video as well as a little surprise that you will get to see under the stars ( Full Moon Fever!!) Insane!!!! This is a night every mountain biker MUST experience!! Come morning.. The Challenge!!Eat your Wheaties boys and girls!! This is no 4 minute ride through the hills. The Challenge is 18 kms and will see the riders that 'Pin it' taking 20 minutes!! AAHHH, you want to talk about arm pump. This is an enduro down-hill and goes down a trail that has been hand crafted by the Master Pig himself..Trevor Marshall. Trev has poured his swine soul into this trail and is guaranteed to give you a great ride. Here's the kicker.. the best prize goes to the best poker hand! You're reading this right.. It's a poker run for the big prize.. You just finish and you've got as good as chance as everyone else.


This whole weekend is about having fun.. not winning!! Full Boar represents all that is good about mountain biking and is going to host this event like the Grade 'A' pigs we are!! There is camping at Greenstone with toilets for your comfort. A cook shack also will be set up to take care of those growlies. Tons of draw prizes.. You show up and register, you're going home with something, plus a weekend that will leave you wanting to move to Kamloops and live the life of a Swine.!!
