French Dominate DH Seeding at Worlds

The French took 6 of the top 8 spots in the men's and women's downhill yesterday in Kaprun. Cedric Gracia posted the day's fastest time of 5:23.88 followed closely by Mickael Pascal and reigning World Champion, Nicolas Vouilloz. On the women's side, Anne-Caroline spanked the field crossing the line over 13 seconds ahead of second place qualifier Missy Giove. Nolveen Le Caer and Sabrina Jonnier were third and fourth in the seeding. Dustin Adams was the top Canadian male, qualifying in 35th after crashing twice. Michelle Dumeresq, who recently garnered much mainstream press as a former male, was top Canadian woman in 25th.
