Here's what Big White had to say about the race: Alpine, fresh-cut trails, big mountains, expansive views and the newest bike-park in Canada: Big White Resort. Round number 5 of the the MEC BC Enduro Series (BCES), presented by Intense Cycles was hosted by Bike Big White, with support from Sovereign Cycle.
All doubt, scrutiny, and wonder were far exceeded this weekend as
Big White Resort delivered the goods. The trail crew cut-in two brand new trails just for this event, showing their determination and passion for providing a phenomenal trail experience for every rider.
Riders were treated to riding trails that may never be open to the public and they were thoroughly impressed with the rawness, multiple lines and shear gnar. With mandatory doubles, drops, and rock rolls that had people second guessing their skill!
Big White opened restaurants, brought in more staff to ensuring the pump-track was watered, and everything was on point for likely the dustiest race of the year.
Trail Club and Community The crew at Big White has been busting their butts to put together a truly world-class bike park, they've also partnered up with Alpine Bike Parks to help bring the noise and keep the trails flowing. I have a huge respect for both these teams, building a bike park is no easy feat, coupling this to hosting Canada's largest enduro series within the first two weeks of operation truly shows that riding is life at Big White.
I can't urge you enough, if you want to experience the creation of something authentic and raw, get involved with Big White; whether it's smashing berms or lending a hand, you need to check this place out.
Local Supporters—Thanks These types of events can’t happen without the dedicated and loving support of the local communities.
Special thanks to Big White Resort.

Sovereign Cycle Russ and Leigh from Sovereign Cycle have supported the race heavily, thanks guys!
MEC Trail Donation At every stop in the B.C. Enduro Series we give back 10% of participant registrations to the local trail club, at select events, MEC matches our 10% providing an extra little bit to help the clubs manage the trails, that’s over 20% back to the local club!
Big White being the rockstars they are, decided that 10% should go back to the Kelowna mountain biking group MTBco.
At this race, we donated just over $1,100 back to the local club and $1,100 went to the trails at Big White!
