Scratch, Dent and Demo Sale and Contest!

Sep 9, 2010
by Calgary Cycle
Calgary Cycle would like to give a big shout out to our fellow riders, it has been a great year (besides the gloomy Calgary weather). The shop has seen some great custom bikes this year and we have already started to stock 2011 models. This means we have to start to get tough on our 2010 prices, so we are having our Scratch, Dent and Demo Sale!

To fire up our last sale of the year, Calgary Cycle (in conjunction with Pure Cycle and Calgary Cycle Online) has come up with a kickin' competition for our online Pinkbike fans.

Details inside,Here is the low down:
Your job is to submit the best/nastiest/funniest photo or video of you or your friend's crash this year on a bike. The conditions of the video must not be done Jaws style (no fabrications or set ups), must be raw footage, no bigger than 10 megabytes (we still use dial up from 1989!) and nothing you would not show your own grandma!

And for the top three there will be great gift certificates awarded!

1)$150 to spend at the Calgary Cycle store on Centre Street
2)$150 to spend on our Calgary Cycle Online Store
3)$150 to spend at our brother store Pure Cycle

Check out our website for the complete sale listing and our killer door crashers that everyone lines up for!

Send your picture or videos to : (calgarycycle@shaw.ca) before 5pm Saturday 12th September 2010.

Don't forget to see us at the Sale starting this Thursday the 9th September 2010.

The XTR crankset is still 100 bucks more than Chain Reaction. Well I guess it is a good deal for Canada.

Have you ever been to Redbike in Edmonton? Ha I'm sure you could join their club for $50 and get the same deal on something that isn't scratched or dented.

I agree these are hardly "blowout" prices.
