Intense Racing UK would like to thank Charlie Hatton for performing so well throughout 2017 and announce that he will be moving on from the team in 2018.

bigquotesIntense Racing UK was set up in 2017 as a platform to prepare racers for the next level of competition. Charlie has been the perfect example of that ethos in our first year. Thanks to the opportunities afforded by our support and that of our sponsors Charlie’s hard work has brought in some very well-deserved results. Watching that happen has been incredible for us. He has a bright future in the sport and we wish him all the best as he progresses to the top of the DH world circuit – he’s one to watch for sure.IRUK marketing manager, Declan Deehan

Charlie keeping it cool

bigquotesIt was my first season in elite and I didn’t really know what to expect, I was looking forward to the challenge but obviously nervous. Racing against the world’s best is a daunting thought, I had to put that aside and just get stuck in. No expectations, no pressure and great support. This is partly why my season went above and beyond my goals. Intense Racing UK gave me a great opportunity, racing on the best products out there and working with the passionate Saddleback staff. The support at races was spot on, mechanic Andy Lund was faultless on the tools and has a good race head. This platform gave me the confidence and belief to go flat out! I would like to say a huge thanks to everyone involved for an awesome year and I wish the team all the best in future.Charlie Hatton
