This is a small video I put together on local Northern Irish rider Colin Ross to get himself and myself a bit of recognition. It was shot at cave hill just above Belfast city. The interviews are more aimed at non-bikers but will give you an idea of who he is.It was a bit of a rush job, being put together in two days so there may be a few screw ups with the titles, but other than that I hope you enjoy it!
super great video..loved the editing, the camera work, the angles, everything was excellent. the colors were my favorite part though, i watched the beginning like 100 times just because it looked so good. and of course the riding was great too. i'm just more of a film person... sweet video..hope it gets VOD it's so worthy of it
Awesome video mate, editing and shots were superb. Loved the longer range stuff. Evidently the rider's super quick as well... that corner he was just drifting out of at speed looked unbelievable. That takes some serious bike handling skills!
Ah - the Cave hill in all it's glory, in a country almost devoid of any support for mountain biking this is a great local spot with some fantastic trails. It's a 45 minute walk to the top and 5 minutes later you're at the bottom again (if you don't stop to session some of the fun bits) - thankfully the smile on your face at the bottom generally makes you forget the long walk up.
There are some pretty tough spots on the featured trail in particular, but you wouldn't know it watching this as it's all made to look too easy by the subject rider. Great video, great riding - what more can you say.
