Thanks @Toryt7, with the time change Rotorua is one of the most challenging events to cover all year.

Shout out as well to @edspratt and @jamessmurthwaite for waking up way too early to hold things down from Europe. And @danielsapp @jasonlucas @influxproductions @aidanoliver @andy9 @ryys and Adrian for getting all the goods on the ground in Rotorua. Oh and @davetrumpore and @mdelorme y'all are slackers!

It's a bit better on a dirtjump bike than a BMX, but still really going all out on a pumptrack is one of the easier ways to mistime something and go flying over the bars.

@MarcusBrody: No doubt. Plus, when u r that low to the ground moving that fast, not likely u r gonna get ur hands in front of u before ur chin hits the dirt. FF = smart choice.

A lot of these guys come from BMX and during BMX races you run a full face. They're used to it.
