The course will include four stages with approximately 1250m climbing and timed descents. This will make for around 28km in the saddle!

Race Package Pickup

Race package pick up on Saturday May 14th from 09:00 – 11:00 and will be at West Kelowna Fire Rescue Station 31 at 3651 Old Okanagan Hwy, West Kelowna. We will have a tent outside of the corner of the building by the flagpole; see attached photo. There is very limited parking along the side of the building, so consider parking across the road and walking over. Keep your bike secure or even better don’t leave it unattended!

16:00 Awards and raffle prizes to all participants after the last rider on course clears.

Each timing chip must be returned after the race, there is a $20 fee if it is not returned. Timing chips will be collected at the end of the race and exchanged for your raffle ticket and meal/beverage! The raffle has some great prizing from We Are One, Sovereign Cycle, Bike Big White and more!

Parking is limited and we highly suggest carpooling to the event. Parking will be directed to be single file along Smith Creek road to maintain emergency access and out of courtesy to neighboring properties. It is an easy pedal from even the farthest parking spot, but try to remember everything you need as it will feel long if you forget something! The new Smith Creek Rec Site parking lot will be reserved for race operations and emergency vehicles. Volunteer parking will be on the other side of parking of the venue, and will not be available for participants parking.

Without the support of our sponsors, this event would not be possible. We would like to thank our event sponsors: Sovereign Cycle, We Are One Composites, Bike Big White, Visit Westside, Bryce Byrnes Media and Marketing, Grant Robinson Photography and Odlum Brown for their generous donations.

Additionally, we'd like to thank our stage sponsors for their support:
Stage 1: Investors Group
Stage 2: Winmar restoration
Stage 3: Manchester Signs
Stage 4: Brad the Friendly Auto Broker

Finally, we'd like to thank Mike Kirk RE/MAX Kelowna for the Nutrition Station and Red Bird Brewing for providing post-race refreshments.

Would it be Friday the 13th if it didn’t work?

The trail forks route was meant to be embedded.
Classic volunteers, can’t pay them enough!

Should be in your inbox now. Mail chimp fail there. And we were out taping the course so we didn’t realize our blunders! Nice to get them out of the way before race day!
