Day 4 of Crankworx Whistler was a fairly quiet day again. The slopestyle riders got a chance in the early afternoon to ride the course and everyone seems pumped on it, and while that was going on I got to go bunjee jumping. Pretty awesome day all around...Here are some images from the day...
Day 4 of Crankworx was a fairly quiet day with the exception of the Slopestyle course being opened to the public. In the early afternoon I got a chance to do something I've always wanted to do, bunjee jump! You will see an article in the next couple days on that, but without further ado here are some images explaining what happened today.
A nice morning in Whistler BC
A great day to do some golfing
Or possibly just relaxing
Riders crowd the Giant tent first thing in the morning
Tons of people are still showing up, while others leave town
A hot day means hiding in the shade
Couldn't imagine how hot this little guy was
What better way to cool down then with some bungee jumping?
Brandon Semenuk is here to throw it down this year
And his new Slopestyle bike is looking dialed
The City of Whistler must have their hands full with Crankworx, but are doing a great job
Bears are not an uncommon thing to see in Whistler, but this guy won't be posing any problems
Moose are very uncommon in this area of BC, but this guy was dressed to a T
Run bike are the new thing among kids, and I think they are a great idea
Darcy Turenne showed up for some afternoon laps
Just when Andrew Mitchell was heading back to do bike maintenance
Ken Achenbach is stoked Camp Of Champions is done for now, and time for some down time
Last but not least two things you will see tons of in Whistler. GoPro cameras and Kokanee Beer
Stay tuned for more updates from today and later in the week!
Big thanks to Lens Rentals Canada
as well for sending through some lens's that have allowed me to take some unique shots. In these photos I used a Canon 70-200mm 2.8 IS II, and a 24mm 1.4L II, two very nice lens's! Thanks again to them!
