It was a hot day in the forest. With Stage Two cancelled, riders were under more pressure to make the most of the remaining stages.

 With such big money up for grabs for the "king of crankworx" I'm surprised more big players that were just across the ditch didn't show up. Rude, Graves, Kelley etc. Especially with their prep for EWS1 in full swing...

 seems like those guys have been racing most weekends since the start of the year. There is such a thing as too much racing, especially at this time of the year when a whole season full of travel is ahead of them. Besides, they were racing in Australia just a couple days ago.

 Rider hit the deck the the amateur category. The stage was so fast that any crashes were gonna be huge.
