During the Winter in Poland weather conditions make it really difficult to ride trails and unfortunately we do not have any indoor dirtparks, only a few skateparks that have a decent funbox with good air time. We have two options; either don’t ride or stick with one jump, because it is hard to maintain more than one jump due to snow and ice.
That is why Dartmoor team riders Szymon Godziek and Piotr Krajewski along with some friends decided to visit the famous La Poma, located in the Premia de Mar near Barcelona city. It was the perfect time to get some solid training in before the upcoming season. The bike park can satisfy even the most demanding riders, with a good foam pit, small, medium and large dirt jumps and a four-cross track. Having a large number of jumps is one thing, but the atmosphere at the spot is simply amazing. Everyone is so stoked to ride there and share the passion for MTB and BMX with others. Dirt is not only about sending bangers, but mainly about the fun you share with friends while riding.
Barcelona is definitely a place to visit. You just need to exit the house and around the corner rideable spots are waiting. The city itself is vibrant with lots of positive energy and people are smiling despite of the prevailing economic crisis. So here you go, enjoy the holiday atmosphere of their trip!Photos: Kuba Konwentdartmoor-bikes.com
