Video: David Lieb Rides the New GT Sensor ST

May 6, 2023
by GT Bicycles

Sensor ST’s 120mm of travel and progressive geo makes it the perfect bike for all-day adventures, but don’t let its efficiency fool you; this bike knows how to have fun. David Lieb took this new purpose-built pedal machine out for its maiden voyage on the flowy trails of Southern California to prove just how playful it can get.

@WRCDH: GT has had that design down for a yr or two now, with their current GT Force - check it out. Fuel looks like a GT crossed with the down tube bracing of a Niner.

@juarez42: Yeah, I know... “Google Trek” = GT, like the other GT-words posts.

Cool to see Jeff Zielinski still involved with bikes and doing photography work . Grew up riding bmx with him occasionally and he was always filming and editing.

ditch the graphics add no visual value to the bike the frame design does speak to those well versed in frame design but no one else spend the money and put a proper head badge on these bikes yes GT is a Dad brand and yes Dads have money do it

What does this mean, and why do you hate punctuation so much?

@plyawn: meant to be bullet points,

Love the bike but wish they would have brought back the early 2000s GT logo, it looks a lot better as a down tube logo

Word in other forums is, it's a tribute to their roots and will only be on this years models. If you search the interwebs, you'll find that model with the current Logo, which btw. still on their website.

I have seen this frame in person before the trek was even released.

It's also inline with its previous iteration designwise, and with the latetly revamped force. Wich you can't say in case of the Fuel ex. So, go figure... Don't know what tool em so long, though.
