Im not a fan of jumps so I can’t talk about how it is in the air. It’s felt very capable on anything I’ve been down so far including the natural trails in the Dublin/Wicklow mountains as well as the trail centre stuff.
It’s my first 29er and I’m constantly asking myself why I didn’t switch years ago. The geo and the larger wheels inspire confidence and with the bigger fork up front I’m not as hesitant as I once was about ploughing through rather than around/over.
I’m a big fan.
Aren't most grips now single clamp only? Do people drill out/cut out the ends of their new grips to use these? Or are they mostly used by people with double clamp grips and traditional barplugs?
And you can swap it between bikes easily.
Also the multitool is great but the client support is utter shit. Contacted them when a friend snapped a bolt on the tool and they asked me for my address to sent replacement then dead silence, 3 emails later still no reply idk why
