The most progressive mountain bike movie of recent times gets the paper and ink treatment.

Feel it. Read it. Own it.

The Deathgrip Book documents the twelve plus months of shredding and filming that went into the making of Clay Porter and Brendan Fairclough’s landmark movie project. From the dust-storm berm destroying in South Africa to dank woodland steeze in California to lush Madeira to moonscape Utah, and with a stop off at home in the UK, get down with Deathgrip's outrageously stylish crew over 172 pages of the finest printed matter.

Field notes from the movie’s cast and crew give unrestricted access to the world of Deathgrip, while epic galleries from a number of the sport’s best photographers give alternative angles on the movie’s standout moments.

 That level of hype on the Schaldming page is exactly why it holds its rightful place as the Austrian round on the World Cup calendar. Oh wait.

 This looks so good... but my thirst is still not quenched... Can you record a song about writing the book about making the film? :-)

 Haven't seen the video so I need the book. Hurly Burly didn't disappoint so I ordered this one without going through the full article. No need to watch pictures on my screen when I'm going to have the proper printed version at home Smile .

 Thanks for ordering both. And your positive words mean a lot to us. Hope you enjoy this too. Cheers.

 @MisspentSummers: Yeah, just found it in the mail today. Very much Jon Gregory this one, love to see his work again. If you release one of these every year, it kind of makes up for having to live without Dirt magazine (in print). Keep it up!

 I just ordered my copy. Just hope 20 pounds is the same as $20 US or cheaper haha

Can't wait to get this in the mail!
  • 3 0
 20 USD is more like 25 pounds. Then there's an exchange rate fee for the bank/credit card too. No matter, if you love it, it's $ well spent.

 @neimbc:
Guess you mixed that one up. 20gbp = 25usd.

Have a good time reading!

 All in all definitely worth the money. DeathGrip was so damn sweet! I've already watched it a dozen times before I set out for a ride. DeathGrip and Lifecycles are the 2 top MTB movies on my list now. I also ordered the Deathgrip grips from DMR can't wait to get them and install them on my ride.
