 @vinay: Thank you very much!
  • 4 2
But does the wheelset fit on your bike...? That what I always wonder in these contests, if the company sends wheels that fit your bike
  • 5 1
@Chingus-Dude: I hope he chimes in, but I think on the Losinj results article comments he said his bike doesn’t fit boost hubs Big Grin
F*cking bike industry, making our online contests difficult Wink

@aks2017: Haha yup, but I'm trying to work something out with them. My bike is a Ragley Blue Pig

@WasatchEnduro: thank you! Nope, I’m 15 haha. I didn’t know it was possibible to have this good of luck lmao

I'm new to being a team manager. How do you guys deal with underperforming riders? Should I DM them on instagram or something? I really can't afford to spend over 200k on a rider and not win a 5k Trek at the end. That would be a really bad bussiness plan...
  • 36 0
I’ll probably win a pair of used trek socks, I’m 15,747! Jesus I couldn’t win a case of diarrhea!
  • 3 0
 Lmaoooo
  • 2 0
That was funny. In a rare moment, I actually laughed out loud.

When two of your riders dont even race *facepalm*
  • 14 0
Lmao I got lucky af, I just chose the riders at I thought we’re cool and the riders I met at the Windrock Ro GRT Big Grin didn’t even check if they were injured or anything. And I just chose whatever women I had money left to chose lmao

  • 14 3
I can honestly say that I am not
  • 1 0
@saskskier: I had Finn Iles and the Bulldog on my team, both crashed...

915 points from a maximum possible of 945 for this round. That's insane.
  • 10 0
Fr haha, I’m the luckiest person alive rn
  • 5 0
@MoonboyMTB: big call on Norton paid off. I gambled on Finn and it cost me
  • 1 0
@MoonboyMTB: what made you go with Norton? Was he a lucky pick or did you build your team with him in mind?
  • 6 0
@Cashman39: haha, yeah Finn ate it hard. I saw Dakotah at the Windrock Pro GRT, as I was there, and he got 2nd, beating a lot of top pros and I knew he would be one to look out for.
  • 6 0
@gcottrell4: I was hella rooting for Dakotah Norton, he’s a big inspiration for me because he comes from a town without much mountain biking, like me, and is racing on the World Cup circuit now, like I want to do eventually. Also, I was at the Windrock Pro GRT sad saw him race and get 2nd and knew he was gonna be putting down heaters this season
  • 1 0
@MoonboyMTB: good on ya! You deserve the win and those sexy wheels!
  • 2 0
@gcottrell4: thank you dude! Ima just thank all those rocks that gave riders that i didn’t chose flat tires for the win, hahaha
  • 1 0
Isnt it 985?Not meaning to be picky, just checking, maybe I overlook something
  • 1 0
@rodasrodinhas: who would you have for 985?
  • 1 0
@ciszewski: Got it! I didn't realize the points scored have its own Fantasy League score table, tought it was the UCI points on the result list.So the absolute points possible for the first 4 men and 2 women is 1220.
  • 1 0
@rodasrodinhas: yeah absolute, but if you take into account salaries max for round one was 945.
  • 1 0
@ciszewski: Some have disapeared from the names list, Like Katy Curd , dont know how much was the salary, but even knowing the final results its hard to come up with better than 920 , Eva Battolla was hands down the better value from the names remaining on list, Katy Curd could yeld more points, dont't know.
Care to share the 945 combo?Plz?
  • 1 0
@Cashman39: I was picking between Finn and Matt Walker.
  • 1 0
@rodasrodinhas: I don't remember Katy Curd as an option you could choose. First time I saw her name was on the results page, but I could be wrong. It does seem like there are less options then there are actual riders.
  • 6 0
Can you guys post somewhere (preferably within the fantasy page), who scored what for the first round?? Unless I missed it, it's pretty hard to get a feel for where people are at and how the scoring works without seeing the results on one page. Also, this is awesome, and I find myself trying to check it, a dedicated link would also be awesome!
  • 1 2
Go to the "How to play" link right above this comment section. It tells you how many points each place gets. You can also see you personal total on your team page.
  • 2 0
@millsr4: I understand that and have done exactly that, but seeing your "weekly point breakdown" would be really useful, and is a main feature in basically every fantasy platform. This way makes you pull up the how to play page, and then pull up the results page and add it up yourself.
  • 12 0
@tgent: this will come to the page, you should see the breakdown by next week
  • 1 0
 @karl-burkat: You guys rock!
  • 8 0
Can we get a Fantasy tab on the main page? @karl-burkat
  • 1 4
use a short cut for it
  • 3 0
Oly crap I got 460 points. Nice. Family and friends used to do the same thing with Formula 1. 1.5 million to play with and you had to buy 2 drivers, an engine, tires and chassis. it sure was a lot of fun as I didn't pay attention to F1. This is only my 3rd year following the UCI DH series and I am hooked. Sure would love to see a May race.
  • 2 0
460 is solid, you beat me by 4 points Wink
  • 2 0
 Nice!
  • 1 0
@karl-burkat: Hey Karl, Thank you for the reply, and the "solid".
  • 1 0
@MoonboyMTB: Thanks. Congrats on the rims. Great choice regarding Dakotah...it sure was nice to see the "young guns" do well.
  • 2 0
@Iceisnice: definately! I believe that we are starting to the the new generation of podium toppers.
  • 1 0
@MoonboyMTB: Olla MoonboyMTB, and thank you for the reply kind Sir. Yes, I concur. One of the new riders/races is the son of some very good friends of mine. It was really crazy watching Finn (bummer about the crash) thinking "omg, it seems like only yesterday that I was watching him in the BMX track when he was a toddler". Where does the time go! Happy riding my UCI DH friend.
  • 1 0
@Iceisnice: Definitely! That must be weird... lmao Big Grin My goal is the be part of the generation of downhill racers after this up and coming one Wink
  • 1 0
@MoonboyMTB: Excellent!!! What a fantastic goal. I wish you all the best in achieving it.
Ya, it is kinda "weird"... Time...its so relative. I won't even mention that his father and I go back to the 80's, causing all sorts of 'trouble' (actually fun) in Banff, with our crazy little group. Oh, I guess I just did. Cheers
  • 1 0
 @Iceisnice: Thank you so much!
  • 6 1
Will you release the highest scoring possible roster from this round? It would be really interesting to see how you could have gotten the most bang for your buck
  • 1 0
I don't think that would be easy, too many permutations. If for exemple you would assume in women Rachel would be first and Hannah second, bang for buck you would be better choosing 2nd place.
Difference is 3.375$/point vs 3$/point
  • 3 0
Congrats to you @MoonboyMTB, great team choices but those wheels just wont fit your bike. My bike however, they'll fit just fine.

Beer
Salute
  • 4 0
I might be working something out... you’ll have to wait for Fort William to get another chance at it haha
  • 3 0
And you were closer to the truth than you might think about the wheels not fitting hahah
  • 4 0
Sweet, I'm in the top 10! I have 40 days to feel like I know what I'm doing, before getting smashed back to last.
  • 4 0
Saaame, I’m proably gonna do crap the rest of the season
  • 1 0
@MoonboyMTB: You owned it dude. Congrats on the wheels!
  • 1 0
 @pinhead907: thank you!
  • 1 0
Now that's funny. See at the bottom. Cheers
  • 1 0
@pinkbikeaudience Can you please change the roster deadline before Women's Qualis and before the first 10 Men have finished their run? It would make it more fair for people living in time zones where qualis happen very early in the morning...

Cheers!
  • 1 0
Hmmmmm @karl-burkat Yesterday It said I was 10th out of 18,163 and now it says 11 out of 18,405. Where did these new 242 entrants come from ?

Would be rad to see what was the winning team as well as best possible team.

Super fun to play, glad you are doing it.
  • 5 0
 167th! Woop.
  • 3 0
Nice. I came in around 350
  • 8 0
 17705th place. Yeah bitches!
  • 1 0
 @bigtim: 16148 I'm better than you Smile
  • 3 0
Maybe I used magic to give riders I didn’t chose flat tires, or make them crash... the world may never know...
  • 2 0
I think I have a reversed Midas touch. I feel bad for Minaar and Bulldog, when I chose them they were doomed ????
  • 4 0
It’s not going to be pretty at the team meeting tonight.
  • 1 0
Can anyone explain me how to log in? I have already an account, since they published it for the first and I have no clue how to acces. Thanks
  • 1 0
@MoonboyMTB Congrats, well deserved Wink Who exactly was on your roster?
I got the bulldog, blenki, Danny, Sylvain, Rachel and Battolla.
  • 5 0
Aaron Gwin, Sam Blenkinsop, Dakotah Norton and Luca Shaw for the men. Women were Marine Cabirou and Eva Battolla.
  • 2 0
Can we get a list of all the riders with who scored what please? I can't even see what my team scored individually.
  • 3 0
Yup this will get added shortly
  • 1 0
 @karl-burkat: Many thanks.
  • 1 0
considering I don't know a thing about dh racing, I think I did pretty well
