Round 7 Prize
La Bresse, August 25

Pick the best team for this round and you can walk away with Line Pro Wheelset.

3-Day Blackout Period

In order to avoid players copying each other's teams, all rider selections will be hidden for 72 hours before each race. Start playing mind games with your friends that you know are shoulder-hopping your choices.

Unlimited Trades

To make evolving your strategy between rounds easier, we've allowed unlimited trades after each round. Instead of only 2 changes allowed per round, you can now stick with what's working, or change your whole team out after every race.

Injury Icon

We've added an injury icon to show high profile athletes who are injured. This is not foolproof or exhaustive, so you'll still need to do your own research into your picks. If you know of riders who are injured, mention them in the comments and we’ll keep this updated.

Office Leagues

Employees at Race Face, Norco, SRAM, Trek, Chromag, Jenson, Specialized, and more are battling it out behind closed doors in their Office Leagues.
Fantasy League trash talk

Offices can set up private leagues in addition to playing the main public league. Let the trash talk begin and show Dave in accounting who's boss (sorry Dave).

The Fantasy Downhill League is Presented by Trek.

It took about 2 months for them to even send me the wheels i won, and they weren't even the right ones and i had to send them back.

@MoonboyMTB: Sounds like it was a pretty bad experience... Maybe you should pull your fantasy team and avoid the possible headache of winning something else. Or, if you do win again, I volunteer to fall on that grenade for you. Just send them my shipping address!

Will Angel Suarez be added to the roster? He has been doing pretty well the last 2 rounds and I don't see him in the list.

I broke the wheelset I won I’m the first round in just a few months... to whoever wins those wheels I recommend just selling them when you get them.
  • + 1
Really? What wheels were they? Same as this round?
  • + 1
And is your username a reference to the Chris O'Dowd show?

@LoganKM1982: No, they were a used set of the Line XXX rims because they didn’t have any of those in a size that would fit my bike. So they were actually supposed to be even better than those. They were not used much and only had a couple scratches.
  • + 9
@LoganKM1982: No, it’s a reference to when I was 5 years old and mooned an entire beach of people in San Diego.

So, you won a pair of wheels, they gave you some other used wheels, then you broke them, and they didn't warranty or anything?
  • + 7
@MoonboyMTB: Broke some used wheels - wheels that did not match what is offered in this round. So.... tell us again why you recommend that someone sell something you've no experience with? Downvote away but that makes no logical sense.

@sngltrkmnd: if you ask around you’ll find that Bontrager rims suck. Apart from many anegdotal experiences on forums you’ll find that various journalists demolished various types of them, like BikeRadar testers who killed 3 Line Pros. Alu ones dent easier than than good old Mavics 721. I have seen a few messed up ones myself. They were under advanced riders but still, nowhere close to DT Swiss durability.

@spaceofades: I can imagine there not being some kind of requirement to offer warranty on things you win (= didn't buy). No clue if it's true, but I wouldn't be surprised.

I have to kick this girl out so I have time to play fantasy MTB.

@WAKIdesigns: true, line pros are carbon though. And line pros are what is being given away in the contest and they’re actually pretty rock solid
  • + 1
@WAKIdesigns: I'm not disputing anything about the wheels in question. Indeed, I sadly blew through the stock alloy rear wheel on my Slash 9.7 in a very short period of time. I am highlighting the flawed logic of OP here.

@Keyboardkilla: erm, read the bikeradar article on LINE PRO given away in the contest. I read Bike Radar tests occasionally as an average indicator of average performance and reliability and I rarely see them report 3 wheels being messed up. Which is not surprising at all for carbon rims in general but still. I personally don't care, will never own anything else from Bontrager than tyres which are exceptionally good. If I won those wheels, I'd be very happy, problably ride them a bit and then sold them before they fail.

@MoonboyMTB: That's amazing, definitely laughed out loud at that.

And are they available in 26" if I win? lol

2218 points out of first... haha fingers and toes crossed - that Session is sick!
