The jam this year was as fun as last year's! A lot of big tricks were thrown down as well! Got to meet a bunch of new locals, and this year we had a big turn out as well! 28 riders signed up to ride in the jam, and many, many more came out to watch and take it all in! We were almost in a scare when clouds started to come in, lots of people thought it was going to rain! Luckily, they passed and the sun came out! Also, we raised $400 towards the SPCA! Way to go!

The kids were stoked again, on all the prizes the sponsors mailed me(thanks again)! Had a big box filled with goodies that was raffled off, like shirts, handle bars, back packs and other parts and soft goods! A 2009 Premium Solo complete BMX was raffled off. The kid who won it was stoked!

I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Frogger for being the Master of Ceremonies. Great job dude! I would also like to thank Jordan for being a sick dj and coming out to the event, and also his brother, who took over for him when he had to leave. Thanks man! Great stuff! Also big ups to the city workers who came out and helped with first aid, and registration. Also, thanks to the wicked beat boxer who laid down some fresh beats during the breaks. He was super impressive.

I'd like to give a big ups to Paul Burnett and Brady Stoddard for coming out and giving away free goodies for the kids, and also Beaver Buzz who came out. Thanks again, Paul for donation the complete BMX and Brady for the back packs, hats, shirts and hoodies that were given away. Thanks for coming out, would like to do another event with you guys, maybe next year? I'd like to thank the parents who brought their kids to the event and supporting their riding. Couldn't do it without you guys! I would like to thank ALL the riders for coming out and making this a success. This couldn't have gone on with out you guys riding and putting on a show! One last thanks to all the sponsors for donating stuff to this. They are: Haro, Premium BMX, City of Surrey, Ogio, Beaver Buzz, PinkBike.com, EmpireBMX, OdysseyBMX, Deity Components, Black Market Bikes, Profile Racing, UnitedBMX, Kink BMX, PrimoBMX, TonicFab, Mirra Bike Co., FederalBMX!

Choo-Choo Train!

In the midst on one run, there was a high air competition, which Dave Myers won, though he ejected in the air. Still went higher then the rest! He was okay too! Dave Myers motto needs to be, "Go Big, or Go Home!" as he always goes big.

Brakes are very important, especially if it is crowded.

iCloudz, no. I choose the photos that I liked in this article. Most of the bikes here, have brakes on them as most people where riding with brakes. Ya know? Not all scenes are brakeless riders.

Way to step it up, Ryan! I remember a convo you had about a year and a half ago with Mike where you asked "how can I make a difference? It's so hard." Dude, you just raised several hundred dollars for the SPCA and spawned a rad event that people are stoked on. It isn't hard if you're stoked on it. Way to find your stoke, buddy!! Salute
