e.thirteen Athletes Dominate World Wide

e.thirteen components’s sponsored riders continued their winning ways by scoring a combined total of 7 National Championships in France, the United Kingdom, and the United States. In addition, e.thirteen-sponsored free riders won and earned podium spots at the Red Bull District Ride in Italy.Marc Beaumont and Neil Donaghue, both racing for MBUK/Santa Cruz earned Gold and Silver at this past weekend’s National Championship in Britain. Will Longden, teammate of Marc and Neil and placed 5th in the men’s final, won the 4x National Championship title. World Cup points leader Tracy Moseley of Kona Les Gets won the women’s British National Championship as well!

Current World Champion Fabien Barel, teammate of Tracy Moseley, recovered just in time from a nasty arm injury and won the French National Championship. Q-bikes rider Mickael Pascal placed 2nd right behind Fabien. Teammate to Mickael Pascal, Emmeline Ragot matched Fabien’s win by taking the gold in the women’s Pro category.

West of the French National Championship action was the Red Bull District Ride in Catania, Italy. Kona Clump rider Paul Basagoitia won the event against top-notch international competition. Cameron McCaul, riding for Trek, earned the 4th place spot.

In the United States, Honda/Iron Horse rider Duncan Riffle and Giant rider Tara Llanes were crowned the U.S. National Downhill Champions. This was Duncan’s second Championship in 3 years. Another e.thirteen sponsored rider, Cole Bangert (Morewood Bikes) placed 4th in the Men’s final. Luna rider Marla Streb, Morewood rider Lisa Myklak, and Intense rider April Lawyer finished 3rd, 4th, and 5th, respectively, in the Women’s final behind Tara Llanes. In the 4x action, C-Dub rider Cody Warren placed 4th in the Men’s final. Bear Naked-Cannondale rider Leanna Gerrard scored a 2nd place and Tara Llanes scored a 4th place in the women’s 4x final.
