Emily Johnston - Bike Check

Emily Johnston has been quietly killing it for a while now and I had a chance to talk to her in Whistler about her current season, her favorite bike and what she's got planned in the future.

Emily is well rounded in most disciplines of biking and is trying her best to help evolve the small market that is ladies freeriding, from the chair lift to the air dome foam pit to the skate park.

Emily and her little bike have been together for a few years now and they keep evolving together. Currently the hardtail is set up in the simplest fashion possible that still gets the job done. Single speed with one rear brake is the dirt jumper, street rider and foam pit rider's set up of choice.
